BERAT KANDILI MESSAGE FROM ASFA HOLDING CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD ASAF ATASOY

ASFA HOLDING Chairman of the Board of Directors, Philanthropist and Businessman Asaf ATASOY, published a message on the occasion of Berat Kandili.

ASFA HOLDING Chairman of the Board of Directors Asaf ATASOY included the following statements in his message;

Berat Kandili, which teaches and reminds us to renew our consciousness of servitude to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and to organize our lives with the responsibility of a believer, is the harbinger and good news that we are approaching the last of the three months, Ramadan, the climate of mercy, abundance and forgiveness.

These nights, each of which is a star of knowledge and worship, devotion and supplication, and to which our people feel great excitement to reach, are important periods of time in which we come closer, unite, bring feelings of unity and togetherness, friendship and brotherhood to the fore, find peace with intense spiritual feelings, and hearts find satisfaction through the remembrance of God.

I believe that the concepts that revive people and the entire universe, such as right, law, justice, compassion, mercy and wisdom, through principles such as a deep and deep-rooted historical consciousness, a strong and rich civilization consciousness and the concept of existence that comes to life in the principle of ‘We love the created for the sake of the creator’, will further strengthen the inner peace and unity that exists in our society on the occasion of these days.

These nights and months, when prayers are made only to Allah, the Lord of the Universe and closer to us than our jugular vein, when hearts are in prayer to benefit from his infinite mercy, are a great opportunity for us to remember once again our duties and responsibilities towards our families, our children, our country, our ummah and all of humanity.

On this blessed night, we should take refuge in Allah, who resurrects the earth after death and is capable of everything, and pray to Him to make our hearts determined to do good, open our hands and hearts to everyone we can reach, advise the truth and patience for the strengthening of peace and brotherhood, congratulate our elderly, sick and friends on their holy days and receive their prayers. Let us not forget that competing in good deeds and increasing good deeds are the most important conditions for establishing social peace and tranquility.

I hope that prayers made with a sound heart will be instrumental in the salvation of the oppressed and victimized people of the world, the increase of welfare in our homeland and all over the world, the preservation of our national and spiritual heritage that gives us our identity, and the increase of science, wisdom, knowledge and culture that call humanity to life.

On the occasion of this day, which is among the three holy months whose beginning is mercy, whose middle is forgiveness and whose end is salvation, I congratulate all our fellow citizens, our country and the entire Muslim World on the occasion of the Berat Kandili; I wish them health, happiness and peace.
